I had an issue where the postman most likely delivered the package to the wrong mailbox. I contacted the seller and they requested a letter of proof from the post office for them to send out a replacement. I got the letter and the seller did send out a replacement but I bought this as an anniversary gift. Needless to say, the item was past my anniversary date. The seller did have great communication and the tank is nice just seems a bit thin and is see through. At least for the color I got, silver. Hoping the quality is long lasting.
