1. What’s the best way to contact Awulook?

2. How do I place an order?
Simply select your items by clicking “Add to Cart” or “Buy with PayPal”. New items are shown at the top left corner of the page next to Cart. Select ”Checkout” or “PayPal” to proceed to payment/shipping.


3. About Payment Methods
We accept PayPal and Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).

PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.

5. How long does it take to process an order?
Weekday orders are typically shipped within two business days. If your order is placed over the weekend, on a holiday or during a noted vacation period, we will ship out your order the next available business day.


6. Do you offer free shipping, international shippingHow much will my shipping cost? 
Yes, we currently offer free tracked shipping for orders above USD 50( except silk fabrics, bamboo plates and some items). For some items, we also offer express shipping for extra charges. If your item is available for expedited shipping, you will be able to select it at checkout.

7. What is your returns policy?

We put customer satisfaction first and thus offer a full 30 day refund policy for any damaged or defective items. Please contact us concerning returns at awulook@gmail.com

8. Has my order been dispatched?

You will receive an automatic email notification when your order has been dispatched with your tracking information. Please note it may take up to 7 days for tracking to become fully active.


9. Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, we use secure encryption to ensure your credit card and personal information is secure, and we NEVER give out your information.


10. How can I receive news about new products & discounts?
Sign up to receive our newsletter, like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram, Pinterest to stay up to date on current promotions, coupons and new products.


11. Do You Offer Wholesale Pricing? Do you offer Customized Services?
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for all of our products and customized services for some of our products. Just send an email to awulook@gmail.com with your request for an estimate.

12. Do you Offer Promotional and Affiliate Opportunities?
